Hello guys!
Since I'm not a premium member and I'm not able to post polls I would appreciate it if you picked an option answering the following question. I have explained more about this issue I'm having but it's completely up to you to read the details or not.
Optional To Read
I am -hopefully- entering university next April as a freshman, and I have been wondering which minor to choose.
Before telling you anything else you must know that I am deeply in love with Japan- everything to do with it, be it culture, language, people, nature -you name it. And I have loved Japan that way ever since I was a child. Please don't mistake me for a person who sees Japan only through Anime or labels themselves as an "otaku". Even though I am a big fan of Anime and Japanese pop culture, I am aware that these things are not what Japan is made of and are only a tiny part of it, I am serious about my decision and have kept those things at the back of my head. A few months ago, I became fascinated by the beauty of Japanese folklore and admired it greatly.
So I was wondering if taking a minor in Japanese folklore would be a good idea or not.
A few moths ago, a good online friend of mine told me to pick a minor in English language if I am ever getting a chance of studying in Japan. He said that Japanese people love to have an English language sensei and this would bring me closer to them.
So guys my options are these two below
I am planning on taking a college minor but I'm not sure if I should choose:
Japanese Folklore.
English Language.
If you have any suggestions or would like to discuss anything you're more than welcome to do so.

The choice is entirely up to you. You are the desidant of your life. If you wish to take part in going to Japan, then I would suggest taking it.
This will seriously bring you closer to your dream, but i warn you it's not easy, it requires you to move away from family and friends, but it does
allow you to discover new people and cultures.
Take it i say!
